Submitted product quotes expire in 30 days if not specified on the quote. 

Pacific Electronics entry panels are made to order and can take 2 to 3 weeks. Custom stainless-steel products usually ship in 7 to 15 business days. Tektone custom panels with engraved button caps usually ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Orders for Custom Made Entry Panels Can Not be Canceled or Returned for Any Reason. Custom Entry Panels Include all Pacific Electronics Panels and Frames, Stainless Steel Panels and Tektone Panels and Frames with Custom Engraved Button Caps, Nurse Call and Emergency Call Panels, Frames and Housings. Orders for Pacific Electronics Nurse Call System Controls, Panels, Frames, Power Supplies, Call Station, Can Not be Canceled or Returned for Any Reason. 

 We have a 30-day return policy on products EXCEPT for Entrance Panels and components, Transformers, Amplifiers/Control Units and Batteries, which cannot be returned or exchanged. 

The product must be unopened complete with all original items, manuals, packing materials, and cartons. The product must be in its original new condition. Approved returns will receive store credit only. Custom or made-to-orde products MAY NOT be returned for any reason. 

A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges. Returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number associated with them. Please call 866-503-2298 to obtain RMA number.
